Why I created this program…

  • When I decluttered my home with the KoMari Method® in 2016, I did it all by myself, but I felt very lonely. I didn’t have someone to ask questions or share ideas with. Somehow, I fought through it myself, but having a kindred spirit along the way would have sparked more joy and made the whole journey lighter.

Is this program right for me?

This program is a fantastic fit for you if:

I don't have enough time

My goal is to speed up this process so you can see results in the first few weeks of the program and then keep getting more each week and month.

But I also want to be honest because every person is learning and taking action at a different speed. Transformation takes time, and the best thing you can do to set yourself up for success is to attend as many of our calls as possible (1:1 and group calls).

This will help you make it a habit and something to look forward to because you will see how it improves your life from meeting to meeting.

I recommend you invest at least 3 hours every week into your tidying journey. You can do more for quicker results.

That’s why you’ll get six months' access to Total Tidy Traction. If you need more, we can discuss it when it’s closer to the six-month mark.

You are in control of the outcome. Total Tidy Traction creates the environment and gives you tools to reach your goals, but you need to go for it, and I’m excited to keep you company along the way.

From my experience working with dozens of clients, I can tell you that it’s so much more fun together. Yes, it’s work, too, but healing work!

What if it doesn't work for me?

I totally get it! This is such a common fear that holds us back from taking action, and it almost stopped me from doing a whole KonMari Tidying Festival all those many years ago. But I'm so glad I pushed through the fear and did it anyway! 

It’s a process and a journey, and there will be ups and downs. I want to encourage you with two lovely quotes from James Norbury:

Let’s get you moving in the right direction, even if you aren’t completely sure what the destination will be. I know your heart and soul have an idea!

Decide if your idea of a destination is worth the journey or if it is worth daring to begin a journey in the first place. Then, pick your travel companion. During the discovery call, we’ll find out if the program is the right fit for you. You can ask your questions, and please don’t fear; I won’t force you to purchase the program if it’s not a good match for you! It’s in my highest interest to only accept program participants who are ready and committed, so it’s a win-win-win.

Step 3:
Contract & Payment

If you are the right fit, and I accept you as a program participant, I’ll email you the contract and invoice. You then need to sign the contract and email it back to me. As soon as you make the payment, you will be officially part of the Total Tidy Traction program and will receive a welcome email with the next steps.

  • This depends on you and how much time and effort you are willing to put in.

    The program is called Total Tidy Traction because it will help you gain momentum so you can do a lot of the decluttering work during the six months and then keep your momentum afterward.

    I can’t promise you that you will be done because you are in control of that. But I will help you structure your short and long-term goals so you can get an idea of how long it can take for your situation.

    Usually, clients with a 1-bedroom apartment take between 3 and 6 months to declutter and organize their homes.

  • No, I won’t come to your home. The Total Tidy Traction program is 100% virtual, and we will meet on Zoom.

  • I have been doing this professionally since 2017, and I observed that the clients with the best results are the ones who commit fully and don't just dip their toe in the water.

    They know this is not a one-time event but a process over several weeks and months.

    If you want to declutter your whole home and all five KonMari categories, then the first step is committing yourself to the journey it will take. This means it will take time, energy, and money. If you say "Yes," you probably have to say "No" to other things for a little while so you can focus on your KonMari Tidying Festival.

  • No problem at all!

    As part of the Total Tidy Traction program, you can work on the categories of your choices.

    I recommend you follow the KonMari order because it usually makes it easier for you. If you want to declutter your clothes, your kitchen, and sentimental items, I recommend starting with your clothes because that’s the easiest in most cases and keeping sentimental items for the end, as it’s the hardest.

  • Think about the KonMari tidying journey as therapy for your home. If you've ever gone to therapy, you know it takes more than one session to notice a change in your life. It usually takes months and even years until you see more significant results. I know this from my own experience.

    With the KonMari Method, you will see results already after the first session. Of course, it's also a process that takes weeks and even months (depending on your speed), but you see the before and after immediately. The process is life-changing!

    As I don't declutter and tidy FOR you, but WITH you, your home will change, but you will change even more (above all, your spending habits). For our 1:1 calls, you'll get my 100% attention. In the group calls, each program participant can share their challenges, and it will be a safe space to learn together, and I will coach each one of you. That's time for you and your specific situation; you'll get practical solutions. All this will lighten your burden and make navigating and maintaining your home more attainable.

    Time, energy, money because of consumer culture, ability to relax - you name it!

    A 45-minute therapy session in New York City is usually around $200. If you go once weekly, you pay $10,400 for 52 sessions of 45 minutes each for a year. And usually, you go to therapy for several years (at least I did).

    If you declutter and organize your home with me, we will also meet consistently (actually, several times every other week). Plus, you will have not only my support but also a group of kindred spirits who go through a similar process. It’s kind of 1:1 and group therapy in one program.

    We will work for 6 months, but you can also extend if you need more time.

    Most of my 1:1 clients who live in a 1-bedroom apartment have spent between $7,000 and $10,000 for their KonMari Tidying Festival.

    As Total Tidy Traction is a fully virtual hybrid program, I can offer participants a much lower price than that. Just because I can teach more people simultaneously, each one will also get 1:1 attention.

  • As every person who joins goes through an application process and has time to ask all their questions before, the sales are final, and it’s not refundable.

    However, it’s in my highest interest to support each participant in the best and kindest way I can. The program is not set in stone. If something is missing, I will add it.

    Yes, I am the facilitator, but we will also co-create together. As every person has unique challenges, we can talk about them before and also during the program so it can be the best experience for each participant.

  • - I have decluttered, organized, and designed spaces for over 15 years.

    - I worked with women, men, couples, and children from ages 3-85.

    Since 2015, I have practiced the KonMari Method® and have over 1,500 hours of work experience in this method (I've been a Master Level KonMari Consultant since June 2024).

    - I know how to live in a suburban environment with more space in the US, Germany, and Portugal, but I also lived in a tiny studio apartment in Manhattan with only 300 square feet (30 square meters). Which means I can adapt to your needs.

    - I offer a safe environment for LGBTQIA and BIPOC people. A bit of context, I grew up with a gay dad, worked as an inclusive pastor and wedding officiant, worked and lived in several Native American and Native South American communities. Plus, I'm an immigrant - in short: I love diversity!

    - As a former pastor, I counseled and guided many people. Spirituality is essential to me. So, whatever your spiritual or religious practice is, I'm going to respect it and never impose my beliefs on you!     - Traveling is part of my ideal lifestyle. I've been to over 20 different countries and hope to see more in the future. Due to my love for travel and living abroad, I live a minimalist lifestyle. I'm aware that most of my clients don't want to become minimalists, and that's totally fine for me - please have no fear that I push you in any direction! It's about your ideal lifestyle, not mine!

    - I speak four languages and worked/ lived in four countries, which helps me adapt to different people, cultures, and circumstances.
